Xmas trees are a living product and will brown over time as there trunks have been cut and will no longer grow. If you are not happy with your xmas tree this can be exchanged for a new one at one of our retail sites if it was delivered to you unseen first.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected at one of our sites, we will inform you on site if a refund will be given.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, you should bring your xmas tree to one of our sites or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need assistance.
Once you have placed your order, Trees will be delivered or can be picked up in December based on the date you have selected.
During December 1 - 14th orders placed before 3pm are delivered the next day.
